I just began a new reboot yesterday. I had done one a while back, had success, went on a cruise and fell off the juicer wagon. So, I will gladly join in the post. :)

Hi, I started my fast today! I've tried without success a few times already. I know it's just a matter of getting over the first few days' "hump", but it's difficult when you have to cook meals for a family too. I've seen other people do it though, and I'm using them as my inspiration. I'm hoping that I can chronicle my journey somewhere here. I hope that it will be my support and motivation. I'm currently at 243lbs and have a looong way to go. Good luck to all the June rebooters!

I completed a 10 day reboot back in May and dropped 8.5lbs! Yesterday was my 26th birthday and all celebrations start this Saturday. I've started another reboot today to do a little detoxing and slim some of this bloating down to look just right in my outfit :P In all serious, though, I love the reboot program! So easy!

I started my first reboot June 2. I lost 8 pounds the first 10 days. Today starts my second 10 day round. I used a lot of fruits on the first 10 days and am trying to use more veggies and less fruits this time. But, I seem to be quite hungry doing this. Not sure what to do about that.

have you tried juicing with the fiber? Also there is a detox phase where your body is adjusting to extracting all the good nutrients you are eating. Furhman calls it the canabolic state. Our bodies trick us into eating even after eating often-- this is due to the body saying "I need more stuff, because you're not feeding me what I need." It takes time to flip the switch, but switch it will once it sees you are eating high nutrient foods all the time. I use a vitamix and keep the fiber in my juice as it's good for the colon and fiber will make you feel more full / satisfied. Also make sure you are including some small amount of nuts like almonds, pecans, walnuts-- key is small, but the fats in the oils are essential to good health and supressing appetite. 8 lbs in 10 days translates into 24-28 lbs in 1 month. stick to the plan that's a great loss and as you lose the weight I suspect you will gain energy and then more exercise like walking etc... will accelerate your weight loss.

After searching high and low here in San Diego, I finally took the plunge, and purchased a Breville Juice Fountain Plus last night. I was excited, nervous, and overwhelmed. Last night I spent hours washing and making juice for todays adventure. This morning I got up drank lemon tea and green juice. I feel pretty good:) It's currently lunch time and I stayed behind while everyone went off to eat. I am sitting here enjoying my JUICE:) :)

I'm in! Just finished day ten and without even thinking, I made juice for breakfast and lunch this morning...so is this day 11 or day 1 part 2? Whatever, after losing almost 10lbs I'm happy to just keep going.

Maybe your body is just readjusting to the new foods being introduced? Have you tried mixing your juices with veggies and fruits? Preferably a 80:20 ratio.
