Hello. I am new to this community. I bought a juicer and have added in mean green juice a few days the past few weeks. I can't afford an entire juice fast at the moment but I am hoping I can sub in a mean green for a breakfast meal and then eat more veggies for lunch and dinner and lose some weight, but mostly feel better in general.
Is it true that a juice fast can cause depression or a relapse into depression for someone with a history of it even if they are on meds? I would think the opposite would happen since you are getting so many nutrients but a nurse told me if can make you depressed.
