Dear Reboot With Joe Nutritionists,
I am on day 4 on my 5-day reboot and really liking all the energy I am getting.
However, I am already on a healthy weight (191 cm / 83 kg) and was wondering if it is possible to keep juicing and NOT lose weight? Or is it better to eat (I am a vegan) and juice at the same time, or just take a couple of days of juicing every week?
Really appreciate your insights.
