My wife and I are on day 10 of our juicing adventure--I plan to do at least 30 days.
I have lost 15 pounds, and am feeling 100% better than when I started.
The only problem I am finding myself having now is that I DON'T crave sugar like I used to. Before, the juices tasted normal.
As of three days ago, I feel like I am drinking Hawaiian punch. It's too sweet and I actually am not craving it.
I was wondering what recommendations people have for handling this; on the one hand I thought about removing some of the fruits but I don't want to go too low on the calories; on the other hand I thought about adding water to the juices.
I just wanted to know if anyone else has encountered this and the best/most recommended fix.
