Group RebootsPosted by Hotmail on 3 years ago Hi, today is day 23 juicing for me, I know its recommended to add things after day 15 (fats/proteins) for protein powder I will try to order some today, what about Chia seeds, Flax seeds, coconut oil, do I need to add those? could I substitute coconut oil with avocado blended with the juice? How much should I add? Apologies to ask this, if anyone has links to the download books that has these details please provide.
