I'm thinking of starting a juice fast, mostly to reboot my system and get myself to a much more healthy life. I am currently Vegan after having been vegetarian for a little over a year. I feel better not eating dairy, but I find myself tired a lot, depressed and lacking motivation. I do not eat a lot of bread or pasta and hardly ever any "vegan" junk food yet i have gained around 40lbs since my original weight loss of 90lbs when i was eating a lot of processed food and animal products. Am i doing something wrong? I want to be healthy and being 218lbs as a 5 ft 4 in woman is not going to get me there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
