Is it OK to juice just one veg or fruit?

Ask the Nutritionist

Posted by WJS on 5 years ago Hi, is it OK to juice just one vegetable or fruit at a time? When I was juicing this morning before adding the green apples to my vegetables I had the juice alone for breakfast. I also love fennel juice on it's own but don't like the flavour once added to other vegetables. Is it OK to have it on it's own? Thank you in advance for any advice.

Dear WJS, The important point here for juicing is the increased ingestion of nutrients coming from a variety of fruits and vegetables. It is important to take in as many nutrients as possible to receive the full effects from the reboot program. Consuming a high array of colour is very important. I suggest atleast 3-5 ingredients in each juice. ENJOY

I will try to include a minimum of three ingredients. Thank you for the response.
