Anna, welcome, and come join us on these groups, currently active. Ask again.

And google "rebootwithjoe.com starting" for various articles on this site to start with.

Annas, sorry I was in a rush and did not include links. I see you found one of the groups, well done! You don't have to be "in sync" with anyone else in these groups. In fact it helps to have people who have been thru it already.

The site is confusing. I think they were in the middle of a rewrite and ran out of steam. Under "Reboot Groups" there are both "discussions" and actual groups. The same is really true under "REboot Newbies" and most of the other sections you see when you click on "Community." But you'll find the most daily activity -- with members actively rebooting, whether they're juice only or transitioning or going juice only, under the couple of groups I named for you right now.

On the groups we usually post on the group wall. (There's also a "send message to group" but it emails all the many inactive members as well.)

In addition you do have your own "wall" and some people like to post updates on their own progress there, for a record.

    HTH.
