I have been overweight for 11 years now, and I am so sick of having no energy, no social life. I want to feel happy again.
I started my juice fast Monday morning and are on day 4. My plan is to do 28 days. Going on a small trip to France in the end of April so will take a break from juicing then, and might get back on the horse again after the trip. We'll see.
Day 1 was absolutly the hardest for me. I got headache. (Turned into a migrain) I was so hugry and felt weak.
Day 2 had som headache, but felt better and had more energy.
Day 3 felt great. Even had energy to clean the house and do a workout.
I will try to write a little bit everyday about how I feel and how I am doing. I have a lot of weight to loose, my start weight was at 122,5 kg /270 lbs (with clothes on since I had to weigh in at work since I don't have a working scale at the moment)
To be able to do this juice fast I have allowed myself one warm meal a day. Warm meal = vegetable soup
I feel it work a lot better than just juicing, then I am not tempted to nibble on my kids and my husbands dinners.
I think it works out well anyways, we'll see when I weigh in next time!
