I've lost 100 lbs

Real Change

Currently I weigh 175lbs(above) here i weigh 210 (below)

Picture above I weighed around 275 lbs. So I feel like I should share my story. I look at pictures of myself from before I started juicing and cant believe the transformation. I really didn't realize how bad it was until i saw pictures of myself and have to admit that I feel good about not wanting to hide all the time anymore because of my weight. I started juicing in august of 2012, 2 months after I had my daughter. My weight when I started was around 275 lbs and I saw Joe Crosses documentary it gave me the motivation I needed to really DESIRE the change and not just WANT to be thin. I juiced successfully for 46 days and had lost around 40 lbs and felt great about it. I knew I was on the road to the body I wanted and as the results kept coming I found joy in just being healthy. I was glad that I was no longer obsessed with an idea of a body that was unrealistic. I have juiced on and off since that august and am proud of my choices even when i am not juicing. I eat very healthy and really embraced the lifestyle change that in the beginning i never thought i could endure. I use to eat so much junk food and such large portions that I never thought I could change my eating habits. They were deep rooted and had been "perfected" since I was very young. Even now every once in a while i will over indulge but have found the strength not to beat myself up about it. When I crave something I will have a bite of it and move on, and it feels good not to have to be a slave to self defeating talk anymore. Eating a piece of cake at a birthday party doesn't have to be the end of the world or diet suicide ... its all how you look at it. Now juicing doesn't give me the results it did before but I have incorporated exercise into my juicing and my body is responding really well. I will continue to update my success and just want you all to know that it can be done. If I can do it.. so can you. God Bless you all. I did a little editing on this story.I first posted this as Ive lost 65lbs but I currently weigh 175 lbs. I have officially lost 100 lbs and am so happy to be where I am. Thank you everyone for your comments and your support. I am so happy to inspire you. Keep up the great work. I have also been unable to upload pictures from my phone but as soon as i have access Ibwill be posting pictures of my current weight loss.

Today is day 30 for me and I'm down 34.4 lbs. I'm going to keep going for at least another 30 and hopefully lose another 30 lbs! Ideally i would like to keep going till thanksgiving and drop 60-80 more lbs total.

I am so enthused to keep going. I'm going to try for a 60 day Reboot and possibly a few days more. I started Oct. 22nd and want to finish on Christmas Eve where I'll eat a solid meal though fruits and veggies, a solid meal lol.

I started at 267 lbs. My high goal weight is 150 lbs. and yes,it will take a while but my body is shedding water weight and in 2 days I managed to get rid of 8.5 lbs. I just hope that I can get myself out of the 200's and down to that figure and then maintain it, then push on to my ideal body weight. Juicing is a huge help. I feel great and I know that I have to regroup. I need to think about what I want in my day and what to stay away from for the sake of keeping my weight stable and not regaining part or all of it back.

I guess since we know this works, if I did have a regain or I know that I'm going to have a rich meal in the future I'd do some juicing after and possibly just have juices beforehand like for Breakfast and Lunch if Dinner happened to be the rich meal. I plan on keeping this weight off this time because I have yo-yo'd so many times and I know that I have to learn what works and what does not.

Any tips as what you eat and if there is a specific Plan you follow?

Congrats everybody for deciding to take control! Everybodys goals here are so obtainable !! Keep in mind that if this is something you truly desire you will get the weight off! As of now i have managed to maintain my weight and i eat healthy but i eat what i want. I now eat when i am hungry and no longer eat for "fun". My biggest guideline that i follow is no processed foods. Or "foods with words" if its in a box and has a ton of "ingriedients" then i generally try to stay away from it. Istill have some treats from time to time though. Dark chocolate is my best friend. When i was juicing i didnt follow any plan, i just juiced all the fruits and veggies i could get my hands on, but i have read many other success stories and a lot of ppl have successfully reached and maintained their goals by just substituting one or 2 meals a day with juice. Hope this helps. Please keep me uptodate! So happy for everybody!

WOW! I love your story! Today is day 3 for me. I am eating some fruits and juicing fruits and vegs. I loves bananas and oranges so I am eating them. I juice kale, oranges, carrots, strawberries, spinach, and apples. Okay more fruits than vegetables. I do at least 3 juices a day. No weight lose so far but I don't need to go to the bathroom either :(

Hey MOM!! When I first started my fast I didn't go to the bathroom for 4 days, on day four EVERYTHING came out. Has that happened to you yet? Something about all the healthy food really cleanses and TOTALLY removed ALL the intestinal sludge that builds up in the gut. I was so shocked when it happened but literally lost 10 lbs into the toilet. lol

Thank you everybody! I have had a lot of questions about whether I have been able to maintain my weight and the answer is Yes!! I struggles with gaining a 10 lbs, going from 175 to 185 again but have managed to get it back off and I feel great, feel free to ask anything and good luck to everyone. Getting healthy is truly the best thing you can do for yourself.

I have about 40 - 50 more pounds to go.....I have to admit - but biggest fear is have to KEEP the weight off. Great story - I am glad you can do it.. Here's hoping the rest of us can too!!
