I started juicing a week ago, lasted 4 days, but immediately fell back into my old habits. I've had this problem with many diets before and I don't know how to fix it. I lack the willpower to stick to the diet and go way overboard when I stop. Recently I just lost 6 lbs on the diet but I gained it all back when I stopped.
Can anyone please give me helpful tips to stay motivated to juice?
