I'm in need of encouragement

Real Change

I'm on day 13 of possibly 30 and have lost 9 lb so far. Not bad at all, but I'm still feeling very tired. Today I got a migraine and gave in to coffee and medication. I don't know if I am going to be capable of reaching my 30 day goal. I started in hope of improving my health, and I am already sleeping better, and seeing some other improvements. But as a homeschooling mom, it is very difficult to focus and do my job when I am feeling so exhausted!
This is not the first time I go on a juice fast. But it is usually only 3 to 5 days long. I did it for two weeks once 5 years ago, and this is the first time I set a 30 day goal.
I have added at least 30 min of moderate exercise a day, and have been to bed early (seriously, by 9 pm, I'm snoring according to my husband).
I have a lot of support from my husband and my daughters (9 and 10 year old), who also drink the juices cheerfully along with their meals. I know i should not be complaining, but seriously, it's the exhaustion that get me so badly!
I must add: I come from an overweight family: My mother and 2 of my brothers are obese, one of them is diabetic, the other brother is overweight. I've never been obese, but my BMI was 28 and I was on my way to be and already showing early signs of diabetes, so I really needed to do something about it!
