Reboot Newbies

Hi!

I'm new here, so I wanted to introduce myself.

I juice every day... but today, I'm doing a reboot. A three day one to begin with. I'm wondering if it's ok to juice enough for the whole day in a container in the fridge. I know it's BEST to drink 'em right away, but if that's not possible, how 'bad' is it to juice for the entire day? Do any of you do it?

I play piano, I love cooking, and I'm obsessed with horror movies! :-)

That's what's up with me. So HEY! Good to be here.

Hi, I always juice enough for the day, maybe even the next morning. I do try to drink within 24 hrs :)

    Awesome, MssDawn!

Thanks so much. Earlier, I juiced enough for the day. I put it in a container that wasn't totally clear so maybe light wouldn't be such a factor and it's in an airtight container.

Yay! I'm glad it'll be ok. Thank you!

Hi, It is MUCH better to drink fresh juice, as the juice starts to oxidize immediately. If I recall correctly, carrot juice looses many of the beneficial enzymes after the 1st 20 mins. You can even tell in the look of the juice. It gets darker.
