I was consistently losing 1 pound per day and then 4 days ago I just stopped. I have not changed anything - just juice, Why? I don’t know if I am doing something wrong. I have not excercised yet, but will start walking and light exercise today. I do work a desk job, but I need help, I am getting discouraged. Thank you
