I've been having some stomach issues recently, along with anxiety and would like to reboot for a few days to see if it helps. I rebooted last year for 2 weeks with great success...
The only thing is, I do not want to lose any more weight than I already have in the last few months. Can a reboot be done without losing weight or is weight loss just part of it?
