Hi all :)
I'm new here! Been juicing for 3 days now and feeling great. (I plan to do 15 or 30 days in total)
But got a question:
How much spinach am i allowed to take?
I know from the time i was pregnant, that i had to be careful with spinach because of the high ammount of nitrates(?) in it. Also when having the kid, i remember that for the same reason I was not allowed much spinach while breastfeeding. Surely this has to do with the child not being exposed to high ammounts, but with those high ammounts that I'm juicing (practically replaincing kale with spinach) I'm wondering if its even healthy for me?
Not being able to drink kale juice without holding my breath i'm really in need for an alternative to kale - but is it ok with so much spinach? Because kale seems to be a main ingredient in a majority of juices.
