Hello anyone and everyone.

I've done some prep work in the last few weeks so hopefully I've set myself up for success. Watching FSND tons, reading through posts here for tips, have tamed down my diet here in the last few days, and last but certainly not least got my juice's prepped for the big day. (Tomorrow is my go day) I'm shooting for 10 days but will keep on keeping on if I'm feeling it on day 10.

I'm nervous but mostly excited. Keep telling myself I can do this, just have to get through the initial few days right? Nothing worth having is ever easy.

I just want to feel better in the long run and that's what I'll keep my eyes on, the long run.

Look forward to meeting people that share the same goals (healthy living) and hope I can be of support to this community as well.

    Good luck. I found veggie broth satisfied my desire for something hearty and savory around day 10. The "Better the Bullion" brand was my fave. Today I'm day 30 of 30. -- Best

    Thanks Kevin. Congrats on reaching day 30 that's amazing! Veggie broth sounds like a good option, I'll look into that, shoot maybe I'll try making a batch from scratch. :) Have a great day.

    You can do it. I just finished a 15day guided reboot. Stay focused a stay prepared. I found it helpful to juice ahead so I always had something on hand. Especially if my day went sideways and I was going to out longer then expected etc. I would pack a cooler. If you feel hungry or like you want to give up, have a juice. I started to transition back to regular eating but decided to keep going to 30 days when I found I felt better with more juice not less. Gook luck!

    Leese 15 days, that's great congrats! Are you still rebooting then? Working towards 30? Was thinking the same as far as being prepped and ready for anything. I prepped enough for 2 days (day 1 today) just so I could get a feel of the various flavors of the juices I chose. Great tip on grabbing a juice if I'm hungry or my stamina is wavering, I'll keep that pinned for the future.

    Day 1 was good slight headache no biggie. Day 2 in the late afternoon is when I started to crumble lol. I had to drink 8oz of vegetable broth to stave off the hunger pains. Today is day 3 and I'm feeling good, I definitely think that cutting down and/or out bad foods prior to this has really helped me up to this point. Only thing I'm really struggling with is the mean green, I've been tweaking the recipe and I just cannot fully embrace drinking my veggies, I'd rather eat a huge salad. Fruit juice no problem of course. Any who, gonna keep moving forward. :)

    Thank you and great job! I just got hunger pains for the 1st time yesterday (day 5), so I'm feeling good today. I had my morning lemon juice and I'm waiting to have my juice for the day. I am rearranging my kitchen to have a juicing station, which is a great way to use all this extra time I have by not eating or drinking wine. It works for me!

    Love love love the juicing station thing! I'm going to do that as well, fab idea! We've got this! So nice to meet you on here, let's stay in touch.     Hope you are doing well today! 10 days is a great feat! I am thinking about starting mine tomorrow. I have been juicing the past few days but having gone all in. O.o Just signed up to get a boost. Glad to see how your journey is going!
