YAY! Today I hit my first goal of getting under 100 Kg (25 Kg to go). PLUS the inflammation and back pain I've suffered with for 15 years is 95% gone. Before, I couldn't stand or walk for more than 10 minutes. Today I went on a 9 km/5.5 mile hike with a 20 lb backpack. Amazing results. I've almost finished my first 30 days. I'm not doing a full juice fast. I eat one vegan meal a day of soup, salad or roasted veggies.
