I first saw the film Sick, Fat and nearly dead last year, but re watched it again a few months ago and decided i have to do this once and for all. i must say today i have a serious headache but I know it will pass in a few days My starting weight was 251.4 and today i'm at 248.0, Im on my way to victory, wish me well.     You can do it! I am only on day 6 and I have noticed things are much easier today. Hang in there and try not to slip(i did- had nuts and it slowed me down briefly.) Good luck and congrats! We can do this!

    I just ordered a juicer, and will be starting after Thanksgiving- look forward to reading about your progress and I am excited to get started.

    Well so far so good day 3 is almost gone. I've been really busy today so i haven't had to focus on the hunger pains. I did take two advil yesterday for my headache, but other than that i feel really good. i'm going to attempt a spin class in the morning (i enjoy spinning) to test the water with exercising and juicing.I'll let you know how it works out tomorrow.
