Hello all. I've never tried juicing before. So the film gave me great inspiration. I'm on day 1 only 2 1/2 hours in ha ha. Have drunk warm lemon water and green tea, now about to have my first sporty spice juice. Didn't think i would miss my morning coffee like this, but the green tea was nice. I have 3 days straight at home, a course on day 4 then another 6 days straight at home. Really hoping I will detox in that time and be ready for the public after. So I can Juice and live life. Any advice is greatly appreciated, along with any helpful suggestions for dealing with detox symptoms. Does everyone have different ones or are they generally the same? :)
