Has anyone added the protein and oil to juice only?

Hi, I would be very interested to hear particularly from females if anyone has added the protein and oil as suggested by the nutritionist's on the New Year reboot for over 30 days.

If so could you let us know how it is going for you?

    Hi WJS,

    I started my reboot on Jan6 with the 3 day guided and planned to continue for 15 days to start with. I did just juice for three days and lost 3 lbs and then I switched to juicing 2-3 times a day and eating mostly veggies (not potatoes though) and limited fruit since then. Since eating, I added 3 tbsp of chia seeds like they recommended and 1-2 tsp of flax oil on my salad. Since I started doing that I feel so much better and I have continued losing about .5 lb every day since. The chia seeds I add to a small container (about a cup) of the coconut water and leave them to soak for about 15 mins. They soak up all the water and get the consistency of pudding. In fact, it kind of feels like eating tapioca pudding with a little crunch added in from the seed. But it feels like I'm eating a desert and I enjoy it! Especially since I know it is good protein and cleaning out the toxins being released I to my system at the same time. So that's my input on the protein and oil. Hope you find it helpful!

    Dee, thank you very much for your reply. Losing .5 lb a day is fantastic!

    I juice only and that is about my average so I am really surprised at that sort of loss adding solids. I am going to start adding coconut oil and the Vega protein powder that I ordered based on the nutritionist's recommendation here on the site starting Monday my second week of juicing.

    I feel that if I started adding solids my weight loss would definitely slow down if not stall for a while so I am very envious! Fingers crossed adding the fat and protein won't interfere. Thank you again.

    I am juice only and add unrefined organic coconut oil to hot water in the morning. I also sometimes add spirulina to my juice. So far, so good. :) day 13.

    Invision thank you that is exactly what I plan on doing but with the Vega protein. I did buy sprulina before ordering the protein so may switch it up.

    Can I ask how much you are losing a day on average?
