I made it through the first day of juice only without too many issues.

My abdominal pain was actually worse, but I am guessing that's because of the acidic nature of some of the juices. I have been having abdominal issues for over a year including an ulcer, gastritis, and gallbladder removal. I still have pretty much constant pain that gets worse when I am sitting upright or leaning forward, and always worsens with food. This is why I decided to try a juice fast and see if it helps. So far the answer is no, but I am only on day 2.

Let's hope I lose some weight as well! Weighed in at 183.5 before the transition and juicing.

I have made it through the first 3 days! Yesterday was tough. I felt tired and hungry and had a headache. I just spent most of the day resting. The sights and smells of food from the family really bothered me today. Luckily I had weighed myself that morning and saw that I had already lost 6.8 pounds, so that was motivating me to stick with it. I rewarded myself with one of the dessert juices last night and it was so good! I felt better after that. I am now waking up to start day 4.
