I am starting to realize that it is so easy to focus on how yummy a french fry would taste. Or to indulge in whatever I feel I am craving, however, I have realized something. To turn that thought into a positive one is simple. To focus on losing weight, getting healthy, skinny jeans, increased energy...these things are way more worth focusing on. And another awesome thought....having some french fries would bring a five minute satisfaction following a sense of failure, depression, and all sorts of negative emotions. But getting through and succeeding with this healthy way of living, the emotions will be all positive ones. I think whenever I feel tempted to have food, I will just look at skinny clothes. This will be motivating. To be honest, I usually imagine the before and after of Joe Cross on FS&ND!
