I have been getting acid reflux when I use fresh ginger root in juices. What is the best way to not get the relfux?

hiya fellow ginger acid reflux sufferer,

I formed a discussion about this many months ago. ginger is supposed to relieve heartburn but some of us still suffer/suffered from it.

I didn't want to give ginger up so I started looking at remedies other than meds. These remedies such as aloe vera, baking soda, and apple cider vinegar all helped. Also I added turmeric instead of ginger at times. My first reboot last yr was for 60 days; I cant recall exactly when I didn't have reflux any more but it must have been in the first few weeks. It was certainly a godsend especially after yrs of suffering.

I am a Big fan of this spider solitaire online free card game. I think this is most entertaining out of any online card game platform, so i prefer to play only with this. Love this!
