I'm thinking of buying a protein powder that has 1g of fiber in it. I am juicing to lose over 100lbs and for healing. The ingredients are Raw organic whole grain brown rice protein, raw organic pea protein . To get the most out of my juice only fast should I chose a protein that doesn't have fiber? Also, should I supplement the added vitamins and minerals that Joe's protein powder includes? The only reason I don't buy his is that it is not organic. Thank you for your help:)
