Ok, so I am a lot slow on doing this. I saw FSND over a year ago. I made some changes with a Nutribullet and then a NutriNinja. Lost some, gained some. Got stressed over the holidays and went up. Bad move, Space Cadet! Fast forward to the end of February. I see the FSND #2. Hmmmm, maybe I should try this. So, I get a Lalanne juicer and get started. Switch my meals to mostly vegetables (cooked) at the restaurants. Order an Omega 8006 because I wanted more of the Greens. 3 days ago made the commitment to full on juicing.
11 lbs lost since Monday!??!??!
What in the world? I am averaging about 60 ounces of juice a day, about 75 oz of water, and no exercise currently. I did add Coconut water last night. Not bad. I thought it was going to be sweeter. Interesting to note, I have read the posts where folks have modified the program with this and that and it didn't work. I went the other way and really started adding greens to my diet. Collard Greens hit yesterday. Romaine Lettuce is today for my lunch juice. Beets...I have them, but I am being chicken about juicing them. I hated them as a kid.
All in all, my short transition of vegetables allowed me not to have a headache.
Get under 300 lbs.
Get to 250 lbs.
Get under 235. The reason here is to get my BMI out of the Obese range.
I will use this post as a log for myself. Yeah, I know, the rate of weight loss is high. However, I have only lost 3.1% of my initial weight. Currently, past Day3 heading for 10.
