Group Reboots

Today starts Day 9 of my 3rd or 4th attempt at a reboot. This reboot seems to be successful. I've been able to stick to it. My starting weight was 262 lbs and I'm down 12 lbs. Totally awesome, but I know if I don't stick with it... I'll be right back to where I started. This was last year after losing 15 lbs. on a reboot, but I am back were I started.

I have tried a 30 day guided reboot, a 15 day reboot and a 30 day on my own, but wasn't very successful with it. Looking back I would say it was because I wasn't actually as committed as I thought I was. This time around my mind is in it and I seem to be able to make sure I am prepared for when all the temptations try to draw me away from my choosen path.

Juice fasting isn't easy for some. Some of us love food, but we are drawn to fasting because we are seeking to better our health and lose a few pounds.

There's so much information out there and "THEY" keep changing their minds on what is healthy and what isn't. We owe it to ourselves and our families to live a healthy lifestyle.

If you are struggling with rebooting, let's talk so we can encourage each other.

WARNING: This is a no excuse zone and I hope you hold me accountable to that.
