Well, day 3 is in the books and I feel pretty good. I have a very slight and short headache every now and again but solid. I was struggling with the green drinks but added a few ice cubes and what a huge difference! I drank it without an issue.
Aside from that, my goal was to juice for 7 days. Last evening I ate a carrot and some broccoli (both steamed). I felt guilty as hell honestly but put behind me.
Today it was suggested that I weigh myself. Unfortunately, I did not weigh myself prior to starting on Monday. Instead, I weighed myself yesterday. I lost 5.2lbs in 24 hours. It didn't seem real and in fact, I still doubt it but it was the same scale and same time of day.
I wonder what effects eating steamed or raw veggies at night will have on me with my reboot. Clearly it is way better than a pizza or cheeseburger but really ... is it a big deal when it comes down to it ?
