Group Reboots

I have been diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis. I therefore can't consume coconut or any of it's components, avocados, or nuts and seeds, due to the fat content. What can I use in place of those oils when cooking....I also can consume only 1 tsp. of all other oils per day. My fat gram intake should only be 15 to 20 grams a day. Is that possible on the 30 day reboot

Go offsite and google the site if you don't find an article on pancreatitis searching on the site itself. I mean, google " pancreatitis" and you'll get links to both articles and some threads in community forums where people have asked the questions... dunno what type answers they've gotten, didn't read further myself. HTH.
