Days 47 - 53 : Goal 60 days

Free for All

Posted by yukon_wn on 6 years ago Hello, Weight loss has been slow but still managing to lose a couple of LBS a week. For the month of February, I was the best loser for weight loss in my weight loss group. For the past week, it has been hard to stick to the plan. I know that the plan will yield incredible results. I need this last solid week to see the plan through. One more week. I can do this and follow it 100%. Take care and I hope everyone has a great week......

Good for you. glad to hear from you, I was starting to wonder. I too am down to a pound or two a week for weight loss. that is okay though, still moving in the right direction. the exercise is the thing. gone for 12 hours a day minimum. Get home and have to take care of the animals and by then I am whupped. Better figure out a way to beat that or I am just spinning wheels here. At any rate, kudos to you - your goal is in sight.

Keep it up Brian. You made it through the hardest part back in the beginning. I know there were some tough patches along the way but your overall momentum has been in the right direction all along. I think you might have made it harder on yourself with the steamed veggies. I was tempted to do the same thing but was worried that it was too short of a fall in reaching for something more substantive. Regardless, you have accomplished so much more in two months than 99% of the rest of the world. If you remain diligent in putting your health first you will surpass every expectation you have for yourself. You are already a success, but now complete your goal. You have proven that you have the resolve within you, draw upon that and finish strong. Best wishes my friend
