I have decided to log everyday of my journey. I will log my feelings, which juices I juiced, if i exercised. I welcome tips and any advice from thos experienced and anyone who is on the particular day I am on. Today is December 5 and I have drank a cup of organic ginger and lemon tea and I added additional ground ginger and fresh lemons. I so far love the sweet potatoe, pear, apple cinnamon, blueberries the best. Hold on to your hats we are in for a wonderful ride... I have already refused to go out to eat to keep myself close to home and on task....
