I'm at the end of day 3 of 30. I've lost 18 Lbs. Yay! I'm sure it's largely due to not going to fast food places and no soda. I've also been walking and trying to exercise more often.
I've heard it's good to drink different kinds of juices every day...Not to eat carrots every meal or celery and so forth. I'm concerned about juice variety and prep work on the go. Does it really matter. I was thinking of rotating the 5-day diet. Any issues with that.
Also, any suggestions on multivitamins? It sounds like I'll get quite a few from the Juices.
