I finally hit my stride after the first week. Headache gone. Fatigue gone. Found a recipe I'd be happy to drink indefinitely. So of course, today, Day 8 throws a birthday party at me. Chips, burgers, and cake flowing freely, and here I am sitting in the corner drinking my green juice with a smile on my face just barely hiding my envy. If I was 30 or 40 days into it and the sugar/carb cravings were gone, no problem, but dammit if I don't want to smash a plate full of regret in my face right now. Keep me in your thoughts.
