Well I finally weigh myself i have lost 13 pounds in 8 days but 2 days of no juice due to flu.. I have actually only had a little 7 up and ice in two days. Nausea and its counterpart has made it. Impossible to drink any juice or anything.. I am estatic i will try juicing tomorrow.... i think i will start with apple juice then the carrot, apple sweet potato juice green mean late in the evening.. I am thankful to the support and the many victorious post it really encourages you to Stay the course.:-):-):-):-):-):-)

    I got on scale today it showed a .2 increase than it had shown two days ago. I started 250. And weight today is 237.2. I had 4 cups of tea not much water lots of juicing.. confused.com. i am. Back tio working nights. I haven't eaten anything.. i am on my cycle so wanted to know if those factors affect weightloss.

    I'm about to start my cycle and lost 1lb in 2 days. I'm wondering if water weight has something to do with it. I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing these effects. Congrats on 13lbs!

    thanks Elise, I see such large losses i was hoping for at least 17 pounds by day 10. I will drink tons of water today to see if i am holding water i also drank a tomatoe, celery, jalapenos, parsley, onions added cayenne pepper, spicy ms. Dash, romaine lettuce juice. I loved it.. i feel cramps in the middle of my stomach like Never before. I know i can't compare myself to the weightloss of others but the expectations is in my head... i made a pear, carrot, apple ginger juice as well.

    Water is key dede729 Between 60 and 100 ounces, this is over and above your juice intake. Honestly, that sounds like a lot. Don't try to drink it all at once. You wouldn't eat your entire day worth of food at breakfast. Neither should one drink all their water for the day in one setting. I set a time to go off every hour to an hour and a half. When it does, I drink a glass of water. Do that 8 times a day and I'm over 64 ounces. Use a tall kitchen glass and I am well over that. And yes, water weight is huge! I dropped 27 pounds in 14 days! :-)
