Hi guys, i thought i would share my experience with you all with juicing and a small personal part. I'm currently on my 2nd juice fast and have got to 7days, this is the 2nd time i've done 7days with the first time a failure. Reasoning being i didn't have scales i couldn't weigh myself on the first time and without seeing results i was not motivated enough. When i came off my first 7day fast i went crazy eating all the wrong foods and it was almost like i was making up for time not eating. This 2nd time i learnt from my mistakes, bought myself a set of scales able to go up to my weight (378lbs) and i started my 2nd juice fast on the 20th of October. Fast forwarding to now 7 days later i feel fantastic! I weighed in this morning at 363lbs and have no cravings of food and actually look forward to every juice. I would like to add i've been doing alot of swimming and losing the 15lbs wasn't just down to juicing but it was a big part. I have a juice 3 times per day. Morning juice is 4 carrots, 2 oranges and a quarter of pineapple. My lunch and dinner is basically a mean green but il sometimes add in carrots or any left over pineapple i have. I did think i would get sick of the same juices everyday but i'm having no problems having the same each day and this is coming from someone who has not eaten a single vegtable since i was a young young child lol. I know its cliche but i really think that if i can do this anyone can! I wish you all luck in your juicing experiences and feel free to ask any questions!
