I'm new to juicing and am just finishing off day 4.
I get about 6-7hrs sleep a night, spend 3 hours in the car to and from work and about 9.5 hours in the workshop doing physical labor.
I'm actually feeling completely normal so far. I'm not as eager to take my breaks at work (to eat) but I'm satisfied. I can count 3 individual times in the past 4 days where I've felt hunger.
I've not experienced any of the terrible symptoms that many others have said they experienced whatsoever besides a little lethargy (but if I'm being honest, I was feeling lethargic on any day that I wasn't helping myself out with an energy drink).
I'm sleeping well, alert, comfortable in my bodily functions... I almost feel like I'm not doing it right haha
Should I be waiting for the hammer to drop, or am I just one of the lucky few?
Has anyone else cruised through their fast?
