This hasn't been easy to reboot on my own, last night on the eve of my 18th night , I caved as I was out getting a few needed things for my place , the fat guy in my yanked the steering wheel into the Jack in the box drive thru and had a burger , no fries or soda just the burger. The bread was nasty, though, that greasy burger it was like a instant jolt to my system, I was energized , the groggy fog went away almost immediately. So many years of being a trained meat eater, this is a major change to say the least.
I am now out of all fresh veggies other than some ginger and flax seed and some frozen fruit until the end of the week when I can afford to restock as best I can with a limited budget.
The other thing is I have a plastic hunk of junk Ninja Auto IQ with very limited capacity and not a real juicer. So coming up with the proper measurements for portions has been tough with a 32oz blender cup. I have just been winging it so far. & I can't afford to juice 10 lbs of produce a day...
I need to find a balanced plan that will work with my budget as well as reduce the hunger pains and balance things out for me. I have come to the realization that I need to incorporate a meal whether it's at lunch or dinner, even if it's just salad and fruit or a light plant based meal.
I guess I am reaching out for some advice, support and just venting
The upshot is I have lost 23 pounds in the 19 days , so there is that.
