The scale told me that I lost another 2 lbs for a total of 21 lbs :-) During my lunch break, I walked over a fast paced mile and it felt great. I still can't find cauliflower. Probably, because it is too dang expensive. I was looking forward to the California harvest of cauliflower but with the cold snap that just happened, so much for cheap cauliflower :-( Any suggestions for a low cal, filling vegetable would be much appreciated ! To satisfy myself, I steamed some mushrooms and had them with my dinner juice. Completely satisfied with both tonight. A fellow at work, today, saw my bottle of mean green. He said - what the hell is that ? I told him a little about it. He said - Seriously, you drink that everyday ? I said - Yes, I do. He walked away, shaking his and a muttering something about swamp water - LOL As time goes by, my fixation on meat and seafood is dwindling. When I started juicing, I thought that I would break the fast with a huge chunk of roast beef, a side of fried chicken and a few beer to wash it all down. Perhaps, even a lobster, scallops and fried fish. Now, as good as that sounds, I don't think, I will be doing that. I need to rethink my fast breaking meal, now :-) How is everyone sleeping. My sleep has been good and I need fewer hours of sleep then I have in the past. Last night, I went to bed around midnight, didn't sleep until 1:30 am and got up at 7:30am. Sure, I could have slept more but within a few mins, I felt good and I wasn't tired the whole work day. As I sit here and type, its 930pm and I am still wide awake.
