Day 10-Pressure from Family

Group Reboots

Posted by Bob on 5 years ago

Hi everyone,

I am beginning my 10th day and feel wonderful. I want to continue for at least 30 days, although taking the juice fast one day at a time.

Even though I have the support of my family, they cannot understand why I can't enjoy the Thanksgiving meal and then continue back to fasting. I have made it clear that I would eat if I choose to but I would rather continue juicing while still being able to participate in the holiday tradition.

I am sure you fellow juicers can empathize.

Hi Bob, happy thanksgiving, be yes u do empathize ???? we all face the same I guess..!!!!the idea of breaking for thanksgiving I am sure crossed everyone's mind!!!!; however I believe it is not a very good one, especially for those who are new to fasting...I am still on day 3, but I am afraid if I do that I can get on track again! Good luck.
