Hi, I am starting a juice fast in order to restore my health and i would like to know if while you are juicing and trying to work out would you be losing muscle because of the lack of protein? And also how much juice and water should I be intaking daily? I’m really new to this health and fitness world so if you have any tips and advice I would really appreciate it, thank you
