Day 1 of my 10 day reboot....for now. I am hosting 2 parties & once those are both over, I'm planning on juicing for at least 30 days, possible 60. My doctor is on board with this plan.
I have a question though. With the hot water with lemon and/or ginger are we supposed to just put a slice of lemon & a slice of ginger in with the water or are we supposed to juice the lemon & ginger?
Also can we put ice cubes in with the juice to make it cold?
I woke up hungry this morning. Thats not a good sign I don't think. But I made water with a slice of lemon in it, then I made a burst of sun juice with 3 carrots & 2 oranges & a piece of ginger. Not sure what I'll have for a snack as of yet. I'm fortunate as I work from home, so I can go whip up a glass of juice quickly & then go back to work.
