Hi all,

Well, today is day 1 for me! Juicer arrived yesterday and have spent the previous week reading the 101 recipe book and some planning.

I've made my juices for the day and had a sneaky taste of my lunch time juice (mean Green) and was pleasantly surprised at the taste. Was expecting something nasty but it wasnt at all.

I am a coffee and tea drinker so I am not looking forward to the detox symptoms, and would appreciate any tips or advice any of you reboot vets can share.

Im currently sitting at 158kgs and need to get my fat-arse down to 100kgs or less, so Im in this for the long haul.
