Group Reboots

Posted by Destroyer on 2 years ago

Today is day one of a (hopefully) 60 day stretch. I've attempted to reach 60 days in the past and managed to get to 20-ish days but never anything beyond that. I'm starting this thread to give people not necessarily in a group a place to check in daily. I figured I'd see more success if I held myself accountable every day.

Here goes.

Day 5 here we go, to everyone feeling the urge to eat i know what you mean, whenver im not doing anything all i think about is food, and the urges to eat are soooooooo hard to fight

My number 1 tip to beat these temptations is to literally drink on of your juice bottles and itll go away. Your body is hungry and its craving for something to eat so your brain is telling you i need food and since youve been feeding your body with food you normally eat your brain is going to crave those things. by just drinking your juice all the hunger thought will go away. at least it did for me OH AND DRINK LOTS OF WATER that always helps

hope you guys have a good day juice on :)

Thanks Tony1977. I guess I will have to try another app to help me stay on track.

Shoot, Mucki and MissDaisy....didn't realize there wasn't an Android version. So sorry about that. In regards to being soup allowed, on the app there are different Meal Plans available to follow and I'm doing the 30-day classic reboot which includes some non-juice meals. It is of course 100% plant based and I drink 2-3 juices a day on it.

I tried adding an image into this message to show you a sample of what a daily menu looks like, but it's not loading correctly. You're welcome to send me a private message with your email address if you'd like me to share anything from the app with you! I'm on day 5 here. Hope everyone has a great day.

About halfway through Day 5. Its a little tougher getting through days in which I'm not working. Just gotta stay occupied.

Hope everyone else is still finding success!

Hi! I am on day 5 of an all juice cleanse. Thankfully, it has been easy the last couple of days...no more cravings. Exercising is the hardest for me while I am juicing.

Day 6. Going ok. Getting used to not eating and juicing. The only weird side affect I'm having is super dry mouth. Anyone else experiencing this? I drink coconut water inbetween juices and lots of water too. Hang in there fellow juicers!!

Congratulations everyone! Juicing for six days is very impressive. Actually, doing this for one day is huge accomplishment. I tried this last year and only lasted seven days. I'm hoping for 30 days this time. I would like to eat 70% raw vegetables and fruit after I'm done with the 30 days... I start tomorrow and I'm looking forward to having all of your support to continue on this challenging adventure. Have a good weekend...
