I hadn't had any coconut for years due to an allergy, never anaphylaxis though, just migraines. Since I started my 15 day reboot, I hadn't had any trouble, but yesterday was day 6 & I had 16 oz of pure coconut water. Could this have given me the migraine? I don't want to drink it again today, but am continuing with day 7 of the plan. I still feel a bit crummy, but hope that the nutrients of my first juice today will do the trick. I could use some nutritional input here. Thanks so very much... Jen
