I have been asking several times on my private group wall and have not gotten an answer from the nutritionist. I am on a 30 day reboot, Day 6. My morning snack is supposed to be 16 oz of coconut water, which I have always hated the taste of. It's now 2:30pm and I've been waiting for the answer to my question and I still haven't gotten an answer, so I haven't had my morning snack or my lunch yet. I'm STARVING while I'm waiting. Is this what I paid for??
My question is: What can I add to my coconut water that is on plan in order to make it palatable? I have the coconut water. I'm just waiting for a response.
