Hi All, this is my 4th day, I started last week by just having carrot and ginger juice for breakfast, then on Sunday I replaced my lunch with the carrot and ginger juice, surprisingly I didn't feel any hunger, so decided to do juice fast, not sure how long for.

I didn't get any issues at all, no headaches, no tiredness no nothing, its like normal, feeling full and not hungry until yesterday, yesterday when I really felt hungry, instead of mostly drinking carrot juice, I had green juices, this morning I also had a green juice and was hungry a couple of hours after, then decided to go and just have a pint of carrot juice, that really fills me up.

My questions are: is it normal not to feel any detox as in no headaches tiredness?

Also is it OK to base all my juices on carrot juice? It seems the only juice that really fills me up. I can add a few greens to it, but the bulk of the juice needs to be carrot.

I am aware of the danger of turning orange ! what about beta carotene overload?

Also for the experience people here, is carrot juice OK to achieve weight loss?

    Haven't had to do this myself as am feeling super full all the time but have heard that if you add Chia seeds or Flax seeds to your juice and it will make you feel full longer and also help provide some protein and other good nutrients.

    I just wanted to let you know day four seems to be the hardest for a lot of people , I ended up eating on my first reboot on the 4th day. Good luck I promise it gets easier .

    I didn't get much headache or detox, due to fact I don't drink coffee/tea or consume sugar, maybe take is a reason (thou love salt)

    Hi there, completed day 5 and am totally good :) seems only green+carrot juice keeps me well satisfied, green+fruit is ok but I get hungry quite soon after.

    Desktop, yes I didn't drink any caffeine before, so maybe this is why I didn't get any detox. I too thought I will have a lot of salt carvings, but not yet, when it happens I want to make a on alcoholic Bloody Mary kind of juice and hope it would go away :)

    If you drink too much carrot juice, your skin will turn orange! Not kidding! If you get hungry, drink more juice! You can have as much as you want. You should go for all the colors, not just the oranges.
