hello ...I am like everyone here..tired of the extra weight, and really want a way out...tried different diets, but always lost and gained the weight back. I am looking for buddies. My plan is to start with the 15 days reboot, and either will continue fasting if it worked out with me, or introduce salads after. I know I am starting a week from thanksgiving, but I thought that would be a good challenge! .
