I am smoothing, because right now I can not afford a juicer. I was loving how I was feeling lost 4 pounds and the bloat was gone. Then 6 days in here it came back :( and the weight too. Is there any thing I can add to my drinks or something I should avoid?

I use bee pollen, cacao powder, chia seeds, goji berries, maca powder, and almond milk as bases for all my smoothies then add fruits or veggies.

    I just bought my juicer on craigslist for $20 and before I was using a blender. Wow, what a difference I felt after drinking from a real juicer. People buy them and never use them and sell them for a fraction of what a brand new one would cost.

    LoL.... I was going to say the exact same thing Leeann.
    I see Jack LaLane's all the time for $30 to $40.

    Just clean them out with Bleach when you get them, then soap and water so you know they're super clean.
