I am adding the Bioglan Super Foods powder to my juices and they are primarily the Acai, Supergreens Berry Burst, Supergreens, Wheatgrass and Spirulina. As these are powdered, it's not easy to calculate the 80% veg : 20% fruit ratio. I put a teaspoon per 16oz of juice. The Supergreens, Wheatgrass and Spirulina goes into my Mean Green, and the Acai, and Berry Burst goes into the Sunrise or Purple juice. I also recently started 1 teaspoon per 16oz of Bioglan Chia + Flax and Linwoods Shelled Hemp to give it some bite to all my juice. The juices are tasting so yummy with a deep flavour and adding a little sweetness to the green juice with a little bite to it so it's really curbing my need to chew something. I'm enjoying them and they are so filling that somehow not needing to have as many juices per day.

I haven't weighed myself yet and it's day 6, but really don't feel much lighter, although I do feeling less lethargic. I really want to lose weight as the primary goal and improve health.

Is this OK to do?

    Hello Tejui,

Well done and yes these are perfectly fine to add in, as long as they do not contain added sugars or artificial sweeteners which I would imagine they wouldn't. Measurements are more helpful then scales if you want to keep a check on how you are going on the plan in combination to weight 1-2 weekly. Feeling better is a great sign that things are working well. Keep up the good work!
