Well i haven't posted in over a week took the holidays off. I found cooking so many rich foods that it was easier to take time off and pick back up after holidays. I will start Jan 2 i will plan on juicing some tomorrow eat our traditional New Years meal of beans, cornbread, fried chicken, green beans and potatoes, candy yams, cheesecake... I am exhausted and lethargic i am sure its due to eating too many rich foods... I ask and need your encouragement... Thanks Everyones
